Night Clubs and Dance Venues in Cambridgeshire
Dancing in Cambridgeshire comes in three main types. The first is the more classical kind of dancing such as Ballet. This is mainly performed at the Broadway theatre in Peterborough. They host many productions from famous dance companies including The Russian State Ballet. These performances are very popular so make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
The second form of dancing is group and individual activities such as line dancing, tango, jive dancing and more modern performances like the type held at The Junction, a Cambridgeshire centre that encourages all forms of dance and performance. Several dance clubs offer classes and performances in these various forms of dance and can be found throughout the Cambridgeshire area.
The third form that takes place in the area is clubbing. Cambridge is the central area of the region for clubbing and offers a range of music and clubs to suit all tastes. Be warned however that a night out in Cambridge is VERY expensive no matter where you go.
