Arts, Crafts, Sculptors and Artists in Cambridgeshire

The art community in Cambridgeshire is a vibrant and exciting one. The regions many museums and art galleries exhibit work from Famous local and national artists as well as artists from all over the world. With such an eclectic mix of artists in the city it is not hard to find an exhibition on somewhere to suit pretty much any taste whether it be traditional, modern or even three dimensional artwork, there is something for everyone. For example if your tastes are for something original and local why not visit one of the Cambridge open studio events held annually? This is where local artist and craftsmen throw open their studios to the general public and exhibit some of the best work the area has to offer. Unfortunately these events are limited to four weekends per year but if you can't make it on one of these days you can always visit the open studios gallery located on the high street in Fulbourn. If you're in the mood for a more mixed viewing experience why not visit one of the areas other main galleries and look at a range of contemporary and ancient art?
