Fishing Lakes, Fisheries, Angling and Fishing Tackle Shops in Cambridgeshire

There are several places to fish in Cambridgeshire and cater to all manner of anglers including fly fishermen. To begin with there is the river Cam which flows through the city of Cambridge and offers excellent fishing throughout the year. Day tickets are very cheap and are available from the city council. The region also boasts many fine lakes that cater to day fishers and holiday makers alike. If you are going to be fishing there for some time membership of a local club is well worth considering and will often pay for itself within a about three days. Fly fishing takes place primarily at Huntingdon and Earith however this is considerably more expensive than the normal sites throughout the region.
